You'll submit a soft commitment form and let us know how much you'd like to invest. After confirmation, we will send you paperwork to complete.
After completing paperwork, you'll wire funds and we'll give you confirmation that we've received them.
We'll let you know once the deal closes and give you updates on the property as they arise.
